Wedding Fun!

We had fun this past weekend at my cousin's wedding. Easton was the ring bearer and Lexi was the flower girl. I was a little nervous about Lexi being the flower girl but she did really well. The first time we practiced she karate chopped the whole way down the isle. I posted a video of the real wedding where she really tried to be on her best behavior, she just got tickled and started laughing and then decided to dump all of the rest of the flowers out. She also decided that she would stand by Uncle Shane and not where she was really supposed to. ha. It was lots of fun though! Congrats Brandon and Tamra!!!

Running, basketball, and......

I am a little behind in my posting so this post is all about Easton. He received a metal in his PE class for running 26.2 miles this year. Mrs. Stuckey is the best PE teacher ever! I am so proud to post this because he did this even with his bad asthma. I wish that we could pack up Mrs. Stuckey and take her to first grade with us!He has also been playing Little Dribbler basketball every Saturday. This Saturday will be our last game...woo hoo!The last picture is a surprise...scroll down to see

26.2 Miles!!!



Easton has been averaging about 8 points in his Little Dribbler games. I am more proud of the way that they pass the ball. He has some kids on his team from church and they make sure that each other gets the ball. Notice him shooting with that left hand. How weird is that for me to have two southpaw children?

We had a great time with 3 other couples and their kids during our Winter Break ski trip to Breckenridge, Colorado. The skiing was perfect this year! Lots of snow! The first 3 boxes on the smilebox are videos. Could someone please remind me to quit talking when I am videoing?! ha. Easton went down his first blue slope and his first tree trail and now that is all that he wants to do! Happy belated Valentine's everyone! Hope you had a romantic evening! Ours was spent 14 hours in the car, but it was all worth it!

Lexi invaded Troy and Easton's hockey game once again. She is kind of like a bull in a china closet.:) She said "ooohh..you hurt my nuts!" (I wonder where she heard that from?) I also noticed in the video that she slung her gum across the room and Easton ended up picking it up. I didn't show the part where they were wrestling and and dogpiling each other. I will have to post that video later.
